A group of grim Soviet officials asks how to shut down the reactor. The answers are “BUTTON” and “VODKA,” before one man insists that there is no reactor, parodying the denial and bureaucratic absurdity of the Chernobyl disaster. It is sent as a reaction to situations where people avoid acknowledging an obvious problem.
