‘Chernobyl’ Season 2? It Could Actually Happen All the people in Belarus and Ukraine:

What it means

An awkward-looking monkey puppet glances nervously to the side beneath a headline about a possible second season of “Chernobyl” and a caption about people in Belarus and Ukraine. The joke uses the puppet’s uneasy side-eye to express dread about another nuclear disaster, especially for people geographically close to Chernobyl. It is sent as a dark-humor reaction to alarming news or an unsettling possibility.
