Hawking Created Rick and Morty

Text on the meme

RIP mr. Hawking the creator of Rick and Morty 🙏

What it means

A two-panel image shows Stephen Hawking on the left and a bespectacled man in a suit on the right. The joke falsely claims that Hawking created Rick and Morty, confusing him with the show’s actual creators and using a solemn memorial caption for absurd effect. It is sent as an ironic reaction to fake news or confidently incorrect claims. EN: A two-panel image shows Stephen Hawking on the left and a bespectacled man in a suit on the right.
