Dog Wants Into No Dogs Area
NO DOGS ALLOWED Per City of Providence Ordinance Sec. 4-21 LET ME IIIIIIIINNN !!
A fluffy black-and-white dog strains against a chain-link fence beside a sign reading “NO DOGS ALLOWED,” begging to get into the playground. The joke comes from the dog’s desperate insistence on entering the one place specifically forbidden to dogs, making it a reaction image for wanting access to something off-limits.
