George the Brave Dog Memorial

IN MEMORY OF “GEORGE” WHO GAVE HIS LIFE ON KAUAI STREET, 29th APRIL 2007 PROTECTING CHILDREN FROM TWO SAVAGE DOGS

A statue of a dog commemorates George, who supposedly died protecting children from two savage dogs. Below, a man first salutes solemnly and then sticks out his tongue, turning the memorial into an absurd reaction to an overdramatic story.
