Gru masturbates again

Text on the meme

Masturbate Be happy for a few seconds Be depressed after Be depressed after Masturbate again

What it means

A four-panel meme shows Gru from Despicable Me presenting increasingly bleak messages: masturbation makes him happy briefly, then depressed, before he repeats the cycle. The punchline is the absurd, self-defeating loop of seeking temporary relief despite knowing it will end badly.
