Dying in 24 Hours Fortnite

i am in hospital i think i'm gonna die in 24 hours oh shit yea wanna play fortnite? sure

A person says they are in the hospital and think they will die within 24 hours. Instead of reacting with concern, the other person immediately asks whether they want to play Fortnite, and they agree, creating an absurdly insensitive punchline. This meme is sent as a reaction to someone responding casually or focusing on gaming during a serious situation. EN: A person says they are in the hospital and think they will die within 24 hours.
