When You Can Only Draw Eyes

When you can't draw anything but eyes...

What it means

A hand-drawn round character has a highly detailed face with expressive eyes, simple hair, earrings, and tiny legs. The joke is that the artist can draw realistic eyes but struggles with the rest of the body, making this a self-deprecating reaction to limited drawing skills.
