What it means

A four-panel meme shows a crude stick figure labeled “clueless” gradually transforming into Peter Griffin from Family Guy. He first decides to make the worst mistake of his life, then realizes the consequences and runs away in panic. It is used as a reaction to knowingly making a terrible decision and regretting it immediately.
