A crudely drawn character tries to stop an ongoing scene of sexual harassment, pushes someone, and is then dramatically attacked in an anime-style sequence. The joke is that his attempt to intervene backfires catastrophically, ending with panic and a threat to sue; people send it as an absurd reaction to unintended consequences.
