It's Not a Baby, It's a Midget

Omg, quit shaking that baby! It's not a baby, it's a midget. Ohh.

A stick figure shakes a tiny person, believing it is a baby, while another person objects. After learning that the tiny figure is actually a little person, the observer simply says “Ohh” and takes over shaking them, creating an absurd and insensitive punchline. The meme is used as a reaction to a mistaken assumption followed by an awkwardly casual change of behavior.
