EN: A close-up of a woman is captioned about the origins of her cheeks and nose: the cheeks came from her mother, while the nose came from Gevorg Yuryevich. The bottom says this is Yulia Chuchamkina one year after surgery, so the joke plays on the result of plastic surgery and humorously attributes different facial features to different people. This meme is sent as a reaction to an unusual appearance or a botched plastic surgery result.
