Hmm Today I Will
hmm today i will
A four-panel black-and-white rage comic shows a smiling stick figure announcing, “hmm today i will,” before moving through increasingly chaotic and indistinct panels. The joke is the familiar meme setup of confidently declaring an intention while the outcome becomes unclear or absurd, so it is used as a reaction to vague plans or impending chaos.
