Text on the meme

What it means

EN: Two Shiba Inu dogs are standing by a wall, with one holding the other against it with both arms, imitating the romantic “kabe-don” pose from manga. The “壁咚” caption and inset illustration create a contrast, because the romantic scene is performed by two serious-looking but ridiculous dogs. It is used as a funny reaction to teasingly forceful approaches, flirting, or awkward physical contact.
