Kaliningrad Iceberg of Russia

Kaliningrad Russia

An iceberg floats in the ocean, with “Kaliningrad” written on the small visible tip and “Russia” covering the enormous submerged mass. The joke plays on Kaliningrad being geographically separated from the rest of Russia, like the hidden part of an iceberg being much larger than what appears above water.
