Text on the meme

International Men's day International Women's day

What it means

A man sits alone at a desk with one microphone for International Men's Day, while a woman faces a huge crowd of microphones for International Women's Day. The joke exaggerates the contrast in attention and media coverage between the two celebrations, making it useful as a sarcastic reaction to perceived gender imbalance.
