I'd Never Forget Your Birthday

Text on the meme

HAPPY BIRTHDAY! YOU REMEMBERED! I'D NEVER FORGET.

What it means

A cartoon girl is delighted that a boy remembered her birthday, while a later scene shows him throwing her gift into the trash as she walks away. The joke is the contrast between his sweet promise and his dismissive action, making it a reaction meme for betrayal, sarcasm, or pretending to care.
