War Never Changes
LOVELY I wish for war to change It is done. poof Nothing's changed. war never changes
A four-panel hand-drawn comic shows a small figure wishing for war to change, while a wizard-like character magically makes the wish come true. The final panel reveals that nothing has changed because war never changes, parodying the hopeful setup with a bleak, ironic punchline. It is sent as a reaction to futile attempts to improve a permanently broken situation.
