Black History Month 13%
Black History Month 13%
A surreal collage combines Black History Month text with overlapping faces, portraits, a map of Africa, and a prominent “13%” label. The joke appears to reference the widely circulated statistic about Black people representing roughly 13% of the U.S. population, presented in an intentionally chaotic reaction-image format.
