Text on the meme

Leg powered legs

What it means

A man wearing red-and-black clothing walks down a street on unusual leg-powered stilts beside a black trailer. He appears confident at first, but then stumbles into a pile of bicycles and equipment, turning the absurd invention into a slapstick accident. The clip is set to Tia Robinson’s “Silent Lights Flicker,” whose music adds a strangely dramatic, playful mood to the escalating mishap.
