Wow... she is LITERALLY me!

What it means

A cartoon girl with orange hair and glasses imagines herself as a series of bleak, monstrous, and apocalyptic images, including a dark storm, a ruined city, a grotesque face, a skull-like creature, and a tentacled figure. The joke is exaggerated self-identification with disturbing or miserable imagery, used as an ironic reaction when something feels absurdly relatable.
