Tokyo Net-Carrying Drone War

Reportedly, in Tokyo, local gangs have started using drones to transport drugs across the city. In response, the police are using net-carrying drones to try to capture these packets mid-air. The gangs are counter-attacking with their own net-drones to try and drop police drones. In a statement with the Tokyo police, they say "I haven't had this much fun in years"

A dark screenshot of a social media post describes Tokyo gangs and police engaging in an absurd aerial battle with drones carrying drugs and nets. The punchline is the police’s gleeful statement that they have not had this much fun in years, turning a serious crime report into cartoonish entertainment. It is shared as a reaction to unexpectedly chaotic, ridiculous, or entertaining situations.
