Text on the meme

What it means

A grotesquely distorted Skyrim character looks directly at the viewer in two close-up panels, followed by a tiny figure standing in a dark stone environment. The joke comes from the uncanny facial model and the ominous romantic-sounding dialogue, turning a dramatic recognition scene into a bizarre horror reaction image.
