Anime Opening Plays in Public

Text on the meme

*ANIME OPENING STARTS TO PLAY IN PUBLIC* WEEBS;

What it means

A group of darkly stylized anime girls with glowing eyes stands ominously in a room while rain and shadows fill the background. The joke is that anime fans instantly become intense and conspicuous when an anime opening plays in public, parodying their exaggerated reaction. This meme is sent when someone proudly embraces their “weeb” identity or reacts dramatically to anime-related music.
