How Bulbasaurs Wear Hats

Text on the meme

How do Bulbasaurs wear hats?

What it means

A Bulbasaur plush toy is shown wearing a red knitted hat in two different positions. The joke is that Bulbasaurs have a large bulb on their backs, so the hat has to fit around it; this is shared as a cute Pokémon reaction meme about an oddly practical question.
