John Master of Photoshop

This is John. His girlfriend left him because he is too thin. After that, he spent 6 months to exercise and now he has become a master of photoshop

A split image shows a thin young man on the left and an exaggeratedly muscular version of him on the right, supposedly after six months of exercise. The joke is that the transformation is actually caused by Photoshop, not fitness, making the dramatic “before and after” claim absurd. It is used as a reaction to fake transformations, edited photos, or implausible self-improvement stories.
