Waiting for Mitsuha

Text on the meme

I waited for Mitsuha, but she didn't come... 😭

What it means

A real person stands on the same Tokyo staircase shown in the anime film Your Name, recreating the famous scene where Taki waits for Mitsuha. The joke is that the person expected the fictional character to appear in real life but was left waiting.
