What it means

A five-panel meme shows Vince McMahon becoming increasingly ecstatic while a calendar answers questions about Christmas, the start and end of 2019, Chinese New Year, and finally Tuesday. The joke is the exaggerated excitement over realizing that several dates fall on Tuesday, turning an ordinary weekday into an absurd revelation.
