Making Memes With Nerd Garbage

Text on the meme

Making memes with a photo editor Making memes with a bunch of nerd garbage

What it means

A homemade contraption on a cluttered desk rotates or shifts between two printed meme images while the caption changes from making memes with a photo editor to making memes with a bunch of nerd garbage. The joke is that an elaborate setup of electronics, wires, tools, and a stepper motor is being used to create memes instead of ordinary editing software, making the process absurdly overengineered.
