I Don't Always Do Agile
I DON'T ALWAYS DO AGILE BUT WHEN I DO, I DO IT LIKE WATERFALL
Jonathan Goldsmith appears in the familiar Most Interesting Man in the World advertisement-style meme, seated in a suit with a beer bottle. The joke contrasts agile software development with waterfall methodology, implying that despite claiming to use agile, the speaker actually follows a rigid waterfall process. It is commonly shared as a sarcastic reaction to bad project management or misleading agile practices.
