Permanent Pikachu Tattoo
THEM: YOU KNOW THAT'S PERMANENT RIGHT? ME:
A close-up shows a person’s forearm with a simple Pikachu tattoo beneath the text “THEM: YOU KNOW THAT'S PERMANENT RIGHT? ME:”. The joke is that the person knowingly responds to the warning about permanent tattoos by proudly choosing a childish Pokémon design, making it a reaction to impulsive or questionable decisions.
