Phineas Laughing at Nothing

Text on the meme

Her: why are you laughing? me: phnerb

What it means

Phineas stands behind Ferb, laughing while Ferb stares blankly ahead. The joke is that Phineas finds something funny for no apparent reason, while the misspelled “phnerb” adds absurdity; it is used as a reaction to inexplicable laughter or an inside joke.
