What it means

A four-panel image compares a Freddie Mercury action figure with a Sailor Mercury figure, then shows Freddie dressed in Sailor Mercury’s sailor uniform and striking dramatic performance poses with a microphone. The joke comes from the visual similarity between Freddie’s stage presence and the exaggerated magical-girl costume, turning him into an unexpected Sailor Moon character.
