EN: A street brass band plays among a large crowd while helmeted police officers with shields form a line nearby, and a tense confrontation unfolds between the people. The contrast between cheerful marching music and the harsh riot-police scene creates an absurd comedic effect; the clip is shared as a reaction to chaos when everything looks like a parade even though the crowd is being dispersed.
