Birthday Cake Calls Him Dick

Text on the meme

Happy Birthday Dick ha ha ha Don't write that his name is Matt.

What it means

A decorated birthday cake is inscribed with an embarrassing joke calling the birthday person “Dick,” followed by a correction saying his name is Matt. The punchline is the deliberate prank: the cake writer uses “Dick” as an insult or crude nickname before revealing the actual name.
