Make Them Pay for Razors

Text on the meme

MAKE THEM PAY FOR RAZORS IF WE PAY FOR TAMPONS

What it means

A protest sign demands that men pay for razors if women are expected to pay for tampons, while two historical portraits react with confusion and disapproval. The joke mocks an argument about gendered pricing by showing an exaggerated, bewildered reaction to the comparison.
