What it means

A mechanical baby doll is placed on a rocking prototype machine while a phone displays “BURP BABY.” The device repeatedly moves the doll until it appears to vomit or spit liquid onto the table, turning a supposed baby-burping gadget into an absurd failure. The clip is used as a reaction to pointless inventions, overengineered solutions, or something going spectacularly wrong.
