Public Birthday Billboard
HAPPY BIRTHDAY to me Rakesh Plz wish me... 9849583066
A large street billboard features a man named Rakesh wishing himself a happy birthday and publicly sharing his phone number. The joke is the extreme self-promotion and awkwardness of asking strangers to send birthday wishes, making it a reaction to attention-seeking or unusual public announcements.
