Windows Installation at 256%
Installing Windows 10 Your PC will restart several times. Sit back and relax. 256% Copying files Installing features and drivers Configuring settings
A Dell laptop displays a Windows 10 installation progress screen showing an impossible completion rate of 256%. The joke is that the installation has gone far beyond 100%, making the progress meter absurd and suggesting Windows updates are wildly unreliable. This is commonly sent as a reaction to exaggerated progress, broken software, or situations that somehow keep going past completion.
