DISCRIMINATION LANE

What it means

Four soldiers in camouflage stand in a desert beside a sign reading “DISCRIMINATION LANE,” while one soldier crawls beneath it and the others point at him. The joke is a literal visual interpretation of “discrimination,” presenting the crawling soldier as being separated or excluded in a deliberately absurd way.
