What it means

A person in a colorful unicorn costume attempts a gymnastics move on the uneven bars, swings wildly, loses control, and lands behind the apparatus while other gymnasts watch. The joke is the absurd contrast between serious athletic training and the completely impractical unicorn performer, making it useful as a reaction to chaotic failure or someone trying way too hard.
