What it means

A five-panel meme shows increasingly distressed cats beside captions about Americans hearing trees speak Vietnamese, Russians hearing snow speak Finnish, programmers hearing an IDE speak bugs, everyone hearing Windows speak update, and students hearing teachers speak math. The joke escalates from absurd national stereotypes to relatable confusion with software updates and mathematics, using screaming cats as exaggerated reactions.
