Inclusive About Everything Except Gauls

Cストッキング yeah! im very inclusive, love is love!! my opinion on Gaulic people? uhm... well i support gay rights!

A cartoon character dressed as Julius Caesar holds a rainbow flag and proudly claims to be very inclusive, while awkwardly dodging a question about Gaulic people. The joke is the hypocrisy and absurd contradiction: supporting gay rights does not answer whether he accepts the Gauls, playing on Roman-era prejudice toward the Gauls.
