Watering the Vaporeon

I love this image so much yet I will never know the source. I think about this image every day, but I will never know who fatefully decided to water their vaporeon. this image, it pains me.

A blue Vaporeon plush or figure is being watered under a stream of water, with a caption expressing dramatic distress over never learning who decided to water it. The joke treats the Pokémon as a real houseplant and exaggerates the narrator’s emotional attachment to the mysterious image. It is sent as an absurd, overly sentimental reaction to something oddly cute or inexplicable.
