The Iron Production Trolley Problem
You find yourself at a lever. A train is heading toward your only friend, you can choose to pull the lever and divert the train and save them but in doing so the train would take a less efficient path and iron production would drop by .1%. Do you pull the lever?
A pixel-art factory game scene shows a train approaching a lone character while a railway switch offers a safer but less efficient route. The joke reframes the trolley problem around industrial optimization: the absurd choice is between saving your only friend and losing just 0.1% of iron production. It is used as a reaction to jokingly prioritize efficiency, productivity, or automation over human relationships.
