A colorful horizontal bar chart ranks programming languages by the size of their Wikipedia pages, with PHP at the top and R at the bottom. The joke is the absurd implication that Wikipedia article length measures programming language popularity, while the title appears to parody the WIOBE/TIOBE index format. It can be shared as a reaction to questionable rankings, arbitrary statistics, or programmer arguments about language popularity.
