The Birthday Gift Is Too Tight

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! THANK YOU GUY-- omg! omg! I REALLY LOVE IT. A BIT TIGHT THOUGH. IM NOT PICKY ABOUT IT HOW DID YOU KNOW WHAT I WAN-- ... WOOF!

A four-panel comic shows a birthday gift being opened, revealing a pink collar-like object. The recipient says they love it despite it being a bit tight, then the final panel reveals the recipient has transformed into or is being treated like a dog, ending with “WOOF!” as the punchline. It is used as an absurd reaction meme about unexpectedly embracing an embarrassing or submissive situation.
