Lost my job over some bullshit. Made me realize society is FUCKED. First of all, I am a pretty smart guy (145+ IQ). My former "boss" was LUCKY to have me. I did did my job well, but my workplace is corrupt and full of waste and bloated egos. I have run companies before. This guy has run SHIT. He doesn't know what he's doing. He's all talk, no game. But guys like him always come out on top because the world doesn't value real ideas, just bluster. Everything I did, I did to make the world a better place. He, on the other hand, seems dedicated to the task of making everything worse. Existentially worse. I tried to stand up to him, but was let go and now the...Company...is going to pay the price. I'm just sick of this SHIT. How can we live whence men of ignorance flourish while men of ideas are pushed to the darkest corners. There's no fixing it. This attempt at society was foolhardy and doomed because we didn't hold true to the values we claimed to hold. Maybe someday someone will figure out how to get us off-planet and we can try it over again. But it won't be me. I'm leaving this place soon and he will just have to figure out how to run the show without a right hand man. Elon?
What it means

A Reddit post shows a fired employee dramatically blaming his former boss and society for his job loss, boasting about his intelligence and claiming the company will suffer without him. The comment “Elon?” jokes that the grandiose rant sounds like Elon Musk or a stereotypical disgruntled tech executive, making it useful as a reaction to exaggerated workplace complaints and self-important speeches.
