Bro Found a New Exercise

"bro i found this new exercise"

A young man in a gym demonstrates what he calls a new exercise using a cable machine and a bar, moving from awkward curls to an unusual overhead movement behind his head. The joke is that the improvised, questionable technique is presented with complete confidence as a legitimate workout. The clip is set to 4GVST — “Aura Song,” whose energetic music makes the awkward demonstration feel dramatically impressive and funnier as a reaction to someone inventing a ridiculous exercise.
