Cat Has an Activation Field

My cat is an NPC and has an activation field

A calico-and-white cat sits on a mid-century TV console in a living room, repeatedly shifting positions as the camera approaches until the final moment becomes a blurry close-up. The caption jokes that the cat behaves like a non-player character in a video game, waiting in one spot and activating when the player enters its invisible interaction range. The atmospheric track “Oblivion” by NPC gives the clip an eerie, game-like mood, while the cat’s stiff, scripted movements make the joke work.

Thank you.
